Refund and Returns Policy

At KUBER ORNAMENTS, we are committed to delivering high-quality jewellery and packaging products with a seamless shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Jewellery items must be returned with all accessories, tags, and certificates (if applicable).

  • Packaging/containers must be unused and in saleable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at SUPPLIERS@KUBERORNAMENTS.COM or call +14036332030 with your order details.

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

  3. Pack the product securely and hand it over to our pickup partner (if available) or ship it to the return address provided by our team.

Note: Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

For COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
We will arrange a free replacement or provide a full refund.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for:

  • Size issues (for jewellery)

  • Incorrect products

  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.
